CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
The Noble County CSEA staff consists of three employees:
The Administrative Hearing Officer is responsible to complete all new case intakes; location of absent parents; establishment of paternity; establishment of child support and cash medical support orders, etc.
The Case Manager is responsible for enforcement of all ongoing child support and cash medical support orders using a wide range of enforcement tools; prepares referrals and attends court hearings; manages cases with interstate actions; etc.
The Clerical Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and filing of case records; processing proof of income requests; questions regarding payment status on ongoing cases; etc.
Currently, the CSEA staff manages 675 cases and collected $1,747,705.90 in 2008 and $1,759,630.11 in 2009.
The State Office of Child Support recognizes counties for performance in a number of categories. The counties are separated in divisions based on current caseload sizes. In the small caseload division, Noble County CSEA was presented with the following awards:

Highest Accumulative (Top Overall Performer)
FFY 2009 Best Performance for Paternity Establishment
Best Performance for Collection on Cases with Arrears

Noble County CSEA has been awarded the Top Overall Performer in the small caseload division for the past five years (FFY 2005 – FFY 2009).
